- Double H Ranch Eggstravaganza. 9:00 AM. Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark, Queensbury, New York. Cost: $100 per family of 4 (members) / $120 (non members). Event to include Breakfast, Children's Activities and Silent Auction. Complimentary Admission for all guests into the Waterpark. Egg Drop - watch your egg race around the lazy river! - 11 am until noon, general admission to the Schenectady Museum is free on the first Sunday of the month! There’s also a science demo at noon, and they’re celebrating Nano Days.
- The Glens Falls Medical Mission is having its annual FUNdraiser Fiesta at Glens Falls Civic Center from 11 am until 4 pm. Food, games, face painting. Admission is free, but they’d appreciate donations of children’s toothbrushes or liquid or chewable vitamins, and you should cough up some dough for raffle tickets. They raise money for medical care in Guatemala.
- 12-4 pm, the Congregation Gates of Heaven in Schenectady is having its annual Jewish Food Festival. $15/adult and free for those 17 years old and younger, all you can eat.
- Adirondack Ballet Theater presents Alice in Wonderland–Our Looking Glass Ballet at the Wood Theater in Glens Falls at 12:30 and 4:30 pm. Tickets are $14.
- 4-5:15 pm, it’s the final Family Dance of the season in Delmar, with music by Tame Rutabaga and caller Paul Rosenberg. Suggested donation $5/adult, $1/child.

- Yoga for Everyone. 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm. Inman Center, (Back of Building 2nd Level) 53 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Pre-registration is required. The Center for Complementary Therapies offers Yoga for Everyone. A gentle approach for creating balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit. The fundamental principles of alignments, breath work and relaxation will be learned. Students will be introduced to the postures in a progressive sequence with the emphasis on increasing flexibility, lengthening the spine, increasing body awareness and reducing tension in the body. Beginners and the more experienced are invited to attend. Yoga for Everyone will be offered in a series of eight consecutive classes beginning on Monday, April 4, 2011. - St. Mary’s Hospital’s Center for Complementary Therapies will be offering Tai’ Chi Chih®, Joy through Movement. Program consists of 19 gentle movements and one pose than can be done by anyone and for people of any age. Increased energy, serenity and health are some benefits. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing.
Tai Chi Chih® will be offered in a series of five consecutive Tuesday classes beginning on Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Classes will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Carondelet Pavilion Classroom, 380 Guy Park Avenue 12010. Pre-registration is required.
